Welcome to Charlie's World ! The present general conditions of sale govern the modalities of reservation, payment, and cancellation of the rooms of the World of Charlie and other associated services. Length of stay
Charlie's World is open from April1 to October 31 of each year (the "Opening Period" is subject to change). Reservations for rooms and additional services are only possible for dates within the Opening Period, sometimes with minimum stay periods.
Reservation terms and conditions
You can make your reservations on our website, using the online reservation form. Upon receipt of your reservation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you made your reservation.
You can also make your reservations by phone at the following number: 06.62.45.39.11. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address indicated at the time of your reservation.
The personal data you provide will be used to manage your reservations in accordance with our data protection policy (see below).
When you arrive
On the day of your stay you will be asked, if necessary, to present a health pass or any other document required by the regulations in force.
Good gifts
The payment of the gift voucher must be made by online payment via the website, the validity date of one year to use the gift voucher runs from the date of payment.
- Gift voucher 1 night : 160,00 € TTC for 4 persons, excluding breakfast valid only on nights from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday, excluding the eve of public holidays and school vacations (all zones combined).
– Bon cadeau 2 nuits consécutives : 380,00 € TTC par nuit pour 4 personnes, hors petit-déjeuner, taxe de séjour et hors mois d’août
It is up to the beneficiary of the gift voucher to ask us to plan the reservation within the periods mentioned above and according to the remaining availability.
If the period is full and the validity date of one year is exceeded without the gift voucher having been used, the benefit of it will be lost and no credit or refund can be requested.
Room/cabin prices and payment
The rates shown are prices per room, or per cabin (for 4 people, each additional person is charged €30.00 per day and per night) per night, including tourist tax. The rates do not include any additional services, including breakfast, lunch basket, Nordic bath or baby bed which are extra.
The total amount of the services ordered is to be paid at the time of booking. Additional services, if ordered on site during your stay, will be billed separately.
Cancellation of the stay - No show
Any change in the reservation, date, type of room/cabin, is only possible depending on availability at the date of change and may result in additional charges.
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation was made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Beyond that, a 50% refund will be given up to 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made after this period.
It is possible that for service or security reasons, we may have to change the room initially booked. In this case, the change will always be made to a room of the same capacity and offering, as far as possible, the same level of service. In this case, the cost of the reservation will be adjusted.
In case of bad weather, storm warnings or violent winds, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund of the sums paid. We will try to offer you another accommodation at the current rate and guarantee your safety.
Arrival time - Departure time
We kindly ask you to call us the day before your reservation date to inform us of your arrival time. If possible, we ask you to arrive on the day specified at the time of reservation, at the earliest at 4:30 pm (time of availability of the rooms/cabins and handing over of the keys) and, at the latest, at 8:30 pm.
The check-out time for the rooms is 10:00 am at the latest. If you wish to check out at a later time, please inform us well in advance so that we can try to accommodate your request.
An invoice will be given to you at your departure with the details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of the possible additional services, the amount of the tourist tax, the amount of the applied VAT.
Breakfast
According to availability, on order and at the rate specified on our site, a breakfast will be given to you in the veranda for the rooms or deposited in your cabin, composed of a hot drink, fruit juice, pastries, fresh bread, butter and jam.
In case of unavailability of this service, a basket may be proposed with the products of the moment.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for safety reasons. A kennel with a screened area can be put at your disposal in the park, under your sole responsibility and upon prior request, and subject to our acceptance.
Privatization - Quote
Contact us for more information and a quote if you wish to privatize the World of Charlie for your events, for services such as :
- reservation of all cabins,
- reservation of the house and common spaces inside and outside in part, (to be defined together)
- reservation of the entire domain
Use of the premises - Access to the pool - water points - Nordic bath
ATTENTION : we would like to draw your attention to the presence of unprotected natural water sources in the park (natural pond, pool, basin). We recommend the utmost caution, especially for children on the property WHO are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
Les dates d’ouverture de la piscine sont du 1er mai au 20 septembre mais peuvent varier d’une année sur l’autre et dépendent des conditions météorologiques. La piscine est non chauffée, son utilisation est permise de 10H à 19h. La piscine est entourée d’une barrière, qu’il est recommandé de fermer après chaque entrée et sortie, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur. La baignade n’est pas surveillée. L’ensemble des personnes évoluant dans et autour de la piscine est invité à la prudence, et utilise la piscine sous son entière responsabilité.
